In this thesis we address the adoption of Council Directive 2008/8/EC (The VAT package). This comprises an analysis of the intention behind the introduction, the consequences of the new VAT package, whether the intention has been achieved and whether the new Directive is in accordance with the fundamental idea behind the single market. |
